The product inspection is an important part of quality control. The FRI is an effective and direct way to confirm the quality of the whole batch of goods, which can assist clients to verify the quality and quantity of products, reduce the risk and control the cost.

When 100% of the products are finished and at least 80% of them are packed, CTI inspectors will conduct the random sampling on site and check whether the function, quantity, appearance and packing method of products meet the clients’ requirement or consistent with those of samples. CTI inspectors will arrive at the loading site and monitor the whole loading process, ensure the goods are full and loaded safety before transportation.

CTI inspectors will monitor the sampling process and give the corresponding feedback to clients. The picked samples will be sealed with CTI packing tape and stamp, sent to the location designated by the clients, and then issue the sampling report.
