New Certification Updates for September:

1. The transition period for Argentina CNC/RAMATEL logo has ended on August 12th, 2022. From now on, the Directory of the National Communications Entity (ENACOM) will only accept RAMATEL logo for applications.

2. On August 8th, 2022, Thailand TISI announced that Air-cleaning Appliances will be regulated according to standard TIS 60335 Part 2(65)-2564 and will be enforced May 5th, 2023.

3. Mauritius ICTA has allocated WIFI 6E (5945-6425MHz) for Wireless Access Services (WAS)/ Radio Local Area Networks (RLAN).

4. Signapore CPSO issued clarifications for water dispensers incorporated with compressors for dispensing cold water. Such products must be tested/certified to IEC 60335-2-24 in addition to their original test standards.

5. Philippine BPS issued Order NO. 22-02, updating the standards of 31 regulated products. Although effective now, there will be transition period until June 12th, 2024.

6. Bahrain TRA now allows the 5470–5725MHz and 5925–6425MHz frequency bands for WIFI 6E products.

7. New Zealand RSM now has update for Short Range Device.
