CTI Has Been Listed on Gem Board of ChiNext

We proudly announce that, on Oct. 30th, 2009, CTI (Centre Testing International) has been listed on the very selective Gem Board of ChiNext at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code 300012), among the 28 chosen companies across China. Moreover, CTI is the only company of Shenzhen City and among the testing firms to be listed on the China ChiNext board.
 
21 millions shares have been issued, at a starting trading price of RMB25.78. The issued capital on the listing date was RMB81,770,000.
