On May 19, 2023, Centre Testing International Group (CTI), the pioneer and leader of China's third-party testing and certification industry, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with 上海晨光文件股份有限公司 (Shanghai M&G Stationery Inc.), a leading stationery manufacturer in China. Mr, Randy Yang, General Manager of Hardline & Toys Products Division of CTI Consumer Goods BU, and Mr. Yao Hongjun, Vice President of M&G Stationery Technology Center, signed the contract on behalf of the two parties.

M&G Stationery is the leading stationery manufacturer in China with a 35% market share in the stationery and office category. Founded in 1996, M&G is now selling in 170 countries with 1000 employees and over 7000 factory workers. The company's revenue mostly comes from B2B sales around the world. M&G has over 70 thousand retail locations including convenience stores, stationery stores, and supermarket counters. M&G is also an OEM/ODM stationery manufacturer for Walmart, Papermate, Staples, and other wholesalers.
